Bedrooms

All our rooms are furnished with country antiques, water colours & prints. Books abound. All have flat screen TVs. Beds are made up with lovely Egyptian cotton sheets & quality blankets or duvets. Complementing these are fresh modern tiled bathrooms with thick Egyptian cotton towels. All bathrooms have power showers most of which are showers over baths, but some have walk in showers only.

Bedrooms

All our sea-view and country-view rooms have the highest quality zip & link beds, making them suitable as a twin bedded set up or a large super king. Even our “Snug” double bedded rooms have lovely king size double beds”.

Family Rooms

Due to the nature of the building and its history, not all of our rooms have the same layout, As such, it is always best to talk through your requirements when it comes to sleeping arrangements from a families or accessibility perspective. Room 11 is a sea view double room with a children’s ante room (with full sized single day bed, plus an additional pull-out single bed). Several of our country view king rooms can be inter-connected with single/twin/bunk bedded rooms making them ideal for larger families of four. We also have have a few cots available, but always recommend that baby’s and toddlers own bedding is brought with you for that familiarity.

Dogs

There are some fantastic walks around the Llyn and as such we welcome dogs here at Porth Tocyn.

Most of our rooms are dog friendly... however please do discuss this when you enquire or firm up a reservation.

We charge £20 per dog, per stay.

We ask for common sense to be applied as part of our policy on dogs. Please bring your own dog bedding and do not allow them on the furniture. We do not allow dogs in the dining room, bar, main sitting rooms or the swimming pool and surrounding area. There is a tiled sitting room at the far end of the hotel that dogs are more than welcome to sit with you. The use of the outside terrace and gardens are dog friendly.

Dogs must not be left unattended in the rooms if you are not on the hotel premises and we ask that owners be respectful of other guests and our property. Any damage caused or additional cleaning required as a consequence will be chargeable.
